Description
Molly Binenfeld specializes in helping people who are struggling with addiction, substance use, anxiety, depression, body image, disordered eating, and eating disorders. Molly has helped countless clients overcome their mental health challenges and live happier, more connected lives.
Molly received her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, where she also completed her traineeship in clinical psychology. She has since gone on to earn training in various treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
In her sessions, Molly provides a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, gain insight into their behavior patterns, and learn practical tools and strategies to manage their mental health challenges. She uses evidence-based therapies to help clients overcome addiction, substance use, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image issues, tailoring her approach to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
Molly is known for her direct yet compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy, and her ability to connect with clients on a deep level. She has a particular passion for helping clients overcome the challenges they face in today's society, including diet culture, social media pressure, and unrealistic beauty standards, as well as navigating sobriety and addiction in people’s daily lives.
