Financial anxiety is a common experience that affects many people, regardless of their profession or financial status. However, if you are a highly successful professional, you may experience unique challenges when it comes to managing your finances and dealing with the stress that comes with it. You might be under significant pressure to maintain your level of success, which can lead to you feeling anxiety and stress. You might also have a higher income and greater financial responsibilities, such as managing investments and assets, which can add to the complexity of your financial situation.
-
Highly trained
I have trained at multiple organizations and have been a therapist for over 12 years. I am also a Pepperdine University and Fullerton College faculty member where I teach clinical psychology at the Master’s and Bachelor’s level.
-
Diversity
Culture is more than just ethnicity to me; I also consider your age, parenting, gender, religion, sexual orientation, financial situation and any other aspect that affects you.
-
Relatability
Most of us experience shame, guilt and people pleasing tendencies but we often judge ourselves instead of understanding ourselves. I create a space where you can explore and change your thoughts from a place of understanding.
-
Online
You can connect with me in a private, secure session by using your phone or computer in any space you are comfortable.
-
Availability
I offer flexible days/times and can schedule sessions around times that are convenient for you.
-
Flexibility
Our regular rate is $200 per session for individuals and $250 per session for couples, but I have a limited number of slots I offer clients who need a lower price.
