Your journey to support and healing starts here

An open space for emerging adults and new mothers

As a compassionate and highly trained therapist, my main purpose as a therapist is to provide compassionate support to young adults and mothers as they navigate life’s transitions. I specialize in helping clients find relief from anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, trauma, parenting demands, and relationship conflicts. I understand that these hurdles can leave you feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. You are not alone. I strive to create a lighthearted, open space where you can express yourself while feeling seen and heard. We will work collaboratively to understand who you are now, process where you’ve been, and develop effective strategies tailored to you. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding as we explore your inner world with utmost care. Throughout our therapeutic sessions, I will actively listen to your experiences without judgment or criticism. It is my sincere intention to create an open space where you can openly express yourself while feeling heard and validated. Together, we will uncover the root causes of your struggles and work collaboratively to develop effective coping strategies tailored specifically for you. I believe in the resilience of each individual, and my goal is to empower you to tap into your inner strength and overcome obstacles with confidence and self-compassion. As we progress on this journey together, I will be by your side every step of the way - offering guidance, encouragement, and support. Seeking support is the first step towards change and knowing your worth. You deserve to live a life full of joy, fulfillment, and authenticity. Together, we will uncover your true potential for growth and healing as we navigate this path.

A holistic approach for short-term relief and long-lasting empowerment

I am trained in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment-based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness techniques. With these techniques, I help you feel validated and supported in the short-term while we practice assertiveness and confidence skills that help you create a life around you that makes you feel validated and supported.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

A set of techniques that helps you explore healthy coping mechanisms, challenge negative thought patterns, and uncover inner strengths you never knew existed. CBT empowers you to overcome emotional hurdles, shift negative thought patterns, and reclaim your happiness. You deserve to reclaim control over your emotions and tap into your true potential.

Attachment-Based Therapy

A set of techniques that fosters a stronger sense of connection with yourself and loved ones. Understanding attachment empowers you to understand how you have been loved in the past while helping you establish and assert how you deserve to be seen, heard and loved now. You are worthy of being acknowledged, listened to, and receiving love without any conditions.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

A set of techniques that are scientifically proven to help you heal from past traumas, overcome challenges, and unlock your true potential. Together, we help you let go of the self-doubt and get more in touch with the vulnerable feelings that make you you.

Narrative Therapy

A warm and compassionate approach to storytelling to help you feel validated, understood, and empowered to seek what you truly deserve. We create an open space where your stories are honored, your experiences are embraced, and your voice is amplified. Together, we can rewrite the stories that no longer serve you and pave the way for a brighter future.

Mindfulness

Incorporated into all our treatment methods where we take a moment to pause, breathe, and bring much-needed balance and self-awareness to your fast-paced world. By practicing mindfulness, you can get back in touch with your body and tap into your inner strength to unlock your true potential. And for new mothers, mindfulness provides a sanctuary amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood. It reminds you to prioritize self-care and embrace your emotions without guilt or judgment.

Flexible online therapy that fits into your life

We understand that life can be busy and unpredictable. That's why we offer convenient online therapy sessions, allowing you to receive the support you need from the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel most comfortable.

A diverse team of professionals by your side

Our therapy approach goes beyond just one person. I work closely with a diverse team of professionals who share my passion for helping individuals like yourself. Each member of our team brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ensure that you receive comprehensive support tailored to your unique needs.

Compassion, support, and assertiveness

While your symptoms may be the reason you start therapy, it can also be a place to hold space for your innermost thoughts and emotions you don’t feel comfortable sharing with your partner, family or friends. I take pride in providing an open and non-judgmental environment where you can openly express yourself. I am compassionate, supportive, and will model assertiveness to empower you on your path toward healing.

If you are the partner struggling with self compassion, you may not know what you need from the relationship, how to communicate your needs or set boundaries. It’s natural to want to feel close to your partner and comfortable around them, but it’s also essential to maintain a sense of self and independence.
